If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Each replacement request is evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve issues within 24-48 business hours.

In cases where the product can’t be replaced and refund is to be given, Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse. Perfect for sambar & rasam

I use this jar daily for packing sambar with rice for office. It keeps it hot for about 5-6 hours and there is no leak. The ceramic coating inside ensures no leftover smell.

Handy for curd rice too

Besides sambar, I tried curd rice and even kichadi in it. The cold-retaining ability is good — curd rice stayed cool for long hours. Easy to clean, no stains from tamarind.
